國家災害防救科技中心｜2023 防災桌曆 - 插畫設計

Taiwan \ NCDR \ Desk Calendar \ Illustration \ Design 很高興能再次收到國家災害防救科技中心的合作邀約，讓波寶們有機會在新的桌曆中持續和大家見面。 如同先前所介紹的，災防科技中心作為國家級防災機構，主要為提供中央與地方政府有關災害防救工作的相關諮詢，例如地震、颱風、土石流、水災、旱災等天災的資訊彙整，都是他們所負責的領域。 We were honored to once again receive a collaboration invitation from the National Science and Technology Center for Disaster Reduction (NCDR), giving the POPO another opportunity to appear in this year’s calendar and continue engaging with the public. As previously introduced, NCDR is a national-level disaster prevention and response agency that provides essential consultation services to both central and local governments. Their responsibilities include analyzing and disseminating disaster information related to earthquakes, typhoons, landslides, floods, and droughts, among other natural hazards. |

有別於2022年桌曆的精緻科技風格，本次的防災特輯主題-防災風水館，希望傳達災防中心是如何利用觀察天象，且透過氣象、坡地與洪旱、體系與社會經濟、地震與人為災害、災防資訊、氣候變遷等六大學門災害知識，彙整後告訴民眾如何趨吉避凶，讓所有國民平安度過每次突如其來的未知風險。
當然，之前在月曆中努力介紹的災防拉寶，和災防中心吉祥物-災防小犬，這次依舊擔任貫穿整份月曆的主持擔當，期盼他們在12幕場景裡的陪伴和詮釋，讓大家的防災意識，都能在輕鬆氛圍中獲得成長！ In contrast to the refined, tech-inspired visual style of the 2022 calendar, this year’s special feature — The Disaster Feng Shui Pavilion — aims to demonstrate how NCDR draws on celestial observations and integrates six major domains of disaster knowledge: meteorology; slope and water systems; systems and socioeconomics; earthquakes and human-induced disasters; disaster information; and climate change. Through this integration, NCDR equips the public with insights on how to avoid danger and seek safety, helping citizens better navigate life’s unpredictable risks. Of course, Rapo, who worked hard as a disaster awareness ambassador in the previous edition, and Disaster Puppy, NCDR’s friendly guide to staying safe during disasters, return once again as cheerful hosts throughout the calendar. Through twelve illustrated scenes, we hope their presence and storytelling can help raise public awareness of disaster prevention in a relaxed and engaging way. |
